Meet Cathy Jacobs – Your A Better Calgary Party Candidate for Ward 1

Cathy is more than a candidate; she is the reliance we choose in these challenging times. Known for her character, wisdom and commitment to the truth. Jacobs has spent her life serving others and building bridges in her community.   As a young mom, coming out of a women’s shelter, in 1998 Cathy started her business, Angel’s Café with support and her three children under her wings. Her journey of self- discovery, learning who she was and what her gifts were to her community, became the foundation of her life’s mission. Today, 27 years later, Cathy has turned her own local business in Calgary into a legacy of service, safety and connection as others know they always have a place to land where they feel seen and heard and celebrated in all ways. Angel’s Café is the give back for Cathy’s same experience of compassion and hope that once helped her rebuild her own life.  Cathy, is with support of her husband, Dale, her café family and Ward 1, running for office with the “A Better Calgary Party” to ensure that the voices of the people, not political elites, shape the policies of tomorrow

Her mission is clear: Empowering families, support small businesses, and restore trust in Government, engaging through transparency and accountability.  With Cathy Jacobs as our Ward 1 leader, we will build a bright future that honors our traditions, safeguards our liberties, and leaves a brighter legacy for the next generation.
