A Better Calgary Party's AGM will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, starting at 1:00 pm and concluding at 5:00 pm.

The purpose of the AGM will be to address the following business:

1. Elections for positions on the Board of Directors as required by the Bylaws;

2. Consideration of proposals to rescind, alter or add to the Bylaws and constitutional documents of the Association.

2:45 Break and sign up for volunteerism or wards at tables

3:10 2 minutes for each candidate to speak, with voting ballots being collected at the end of the session in voting boxes at the front of the room. We should collect and count the votes for president first, while the other voting continues.

4:10 Twenty-minute address by Mike Jamieson while we are waiting for voting results

4:30 We announce the President's results. The new President speaks for 10 minutes about the future of the party

4:40 Announcement of new board members

4:50 Announce the dinner at 7:00, and have pictures taken of the new board at the front, and clean up on the floor.
